Mingalar Tarot is designed to work offline. Your readings, notes, name and settings are stored on your phone. We don't sell your data and we never put your readings, notes or birth details into ads. If the free version shows ads, they come from Google AdMob (see Ads below).
Your journal (readings, questions and notes), your Card of the Day history, the name, birth weekday and birth chart details (birth date, optional birth time and birth place) you choose to enter, your lesson progress and your settings. A private random code is created on your phone so your Card of the Day is personal; it never leaves the device unless you turn on cloud backup.
If you turn on the daily reminder, the reminders are scheduled by your phone itself. No server is involved, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings or in your phone's settings.
Cloud backup is off unless you turn it on. If you sign in with Google to back up your journal, your readings and notes, your settings, your Card of the Day history and your birth chart details (birth date, optional time and place) are stored with our database provider so they can be restored on another phone. We receive the email address of the Google account you sign in with, to identify your backup. You can stop backing up and delete your cloud account and its data from Settings → Cloud backup → Delete cloud account, or by following the steps on our account deletion page.
If you buy Premium, the payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Our purchase service receives an anonymous ID and your purchase status so Premium can unlock on your devices. We never see your card details.
The free version may show banner ads, an occasional full-screen ad after you finish a reading, and optional "watch an ad to unlock" videos from Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location to choose and measure ads. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice in Settings. On iPhone, ads that use your advertising ID appear only if you allow tracking when asked. Premium removes all ads, and ads never use your journal, questions or birth details.
Settings → Export my data saves everything the app stores about you to a file you control. Settings → Delete my data removes all readings, notes and personal settings from this phone. Uninstalling the app removes them too.
Mingalar Tarot is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app with its effective date.
